PFConfig and PortTrigger Support

We are dedicated to providing support for our software products. Support is currently provided through a web based support system and by using a ticket number system built in to PFConfig. If you are waiting for an support system reply, please do not hesitate to send us another message to help speed things along. We want to help you, but sometimes messages simply get overlooked. Poke us in the ribs and we might respond faster.

If you have forgotten or can not find your username or registration code, you can use our automated system to look it up. Please go here to recover your username and registration code. You will need to know the email address you used to purchase PFConfig or PortTrigger and some credit card info to recover your info.

If you want to download PFConfig, the newest version of PFConfig is PFConfig 1.0.223. Please note that it will not forward your ports unless you have purchased a copy and have a valid registration code.
Update 1/28/2008: We have put a lot of time, thought and effort into a new support system that will hopefully provide you with all of the support you need. Please download the newest version of PFConfig from the link above. To use the new support system click on Help, and then Request Help. This will take you to our web based support system that we monitor throughout the day. Please note that we only respond to human messages, so simply generating a debug log is not enough to get our attention. Send us a message through the web based support system and we will respond. You can check your messages in PFConfig under the Help menu item. All support system feedback is appreciated.
