Configure CA Personal Firewall using the quick method.
Open up the program you want to open ports for.

You might see a window pop up like the one above. If you do, click the Authorize button.
Then go aheand and open up the LookNStop Personal Firewall.

Click the Application Filtering that is close to the top of the window.

Let's make sure LookNStop is allowing the data to flow like it should. Take a look in the List of authorized or blocked applications table.
Find program you are trying to allow through the firewall. Make sure the first column has a green box with a black checkmark in it for that program.
The green box with a checkmark in it means that rule is active. If you do not see that in the first column, click where it should be and it will show up.
Make sure the second column contains a green circle. The green circle means that traffic will be allowed for that program. Be sure to
click the Apply button at the bottom of the Application Filtering page if it is not already greyed out.
